Features
The design of the JUMP office space is focused around the physical and mental health of its employees. Many times, people who work in offices enter the space in a healthier state than when they leave. Their bodies ache from using uncomfortable office furniture and their minds are depleted from under-stimulation from their environment, and also over-stimulation from their work. As soon as they step outside from their building, they feel a sense of relief; a huge weight is taken off their shoulders as they breathe in the fresh air. At the JUMP office, the design of the space does the exact opposite. Employees now feel the extra excitement of going to an office that improves the work they output, as well as the very health of their body and mind.
At the entrance of the JUMP office, employees and clients are invited into a fun and welcoming environment. The reception area is inspired by an outdoor patio, with a comfortable seating area, a wooden path that leads into the rest of the office, and a wood reception desk with live plants sprouting from the surface. It is here where clients will develop a first impression of the firm and learn exactly what the company has to offer.

As soon as the employees and clients enter the space beyond reception, they enter the town center. This area serves as a cafeteria, break area, cafe, collaboration zone, and office event room. During the day, employees will be able to use this area as a lunch room. The tables seat six to encourage socialization, even during breaks. Towards the back of the room, there is a small cafe which sells coffee, healthy drinks, snacks, and meals throughout the day. The room can also be used as a meeting area when available. Lastly, for large office events, the tables can be moved to the perimeter.

Moving on to the next area of the office, the Ideation Zone is the primary room for group collaboration, large presentations, and brainstorming sessions. The back of the room is elevated 8 inches off the ground to create a theater-like effect to aid in visualization to the front of the space. This space is where all of the brightest minds of the office come together and think of solutions for their clients. The Ideation Zone also has telepresence capabilities.

In this area of the office, employees can find a comfortable unused area to sit and productively tackle their assignments. These desks are unassigned, benching systems with monitors on each end, so people can either work independently or on a team with their work displayed on a screen. Task chairs are provided to help with posture and other ergonomic health requirements, and the use of color keeps the employee's mind invigorated and ready for any new work throughout the day. The rugs underneath the desks also add a residential touch to add to the overall comfort of the space.

This area is one of the main conference rooms found in the office. It is one of a few enclosed areas in the space, used for more private conversations and meetings. Even though it is used for confidential communication, the aesthetics of the conference room are still warm and inviting, with graphic design work displayed on the walls, and vibrant pops of color to keep the mood light, yet productive.
